Classical massage - Everyone should experience massage and/or other bodywork. These services should no longer be consider just a luxury. More and more people are discovering the need for regular massage services to keep their bodies and minds healthy.
Classical massage is a relaxing massage that releases tension from head to toe. Massage is used in when having muscle tension, sore muscles, swelling caused by poor lymph circulation and as a generally relaxing and softening treatment. This type of massage is intended to increase oxygen in the blood and remove toxins from muscles. This is accomplished by using a variety of techniques that apply pressure to surface muscles with movements that follow the direction of blood flow to the heart. Other effects of this massage: helps blood and lymphatic circulation, strengthens the immune system, removes stress and worries, supports relaxation and improves sleeping, stimulates regeneration of cells and secretion of hormones, stimulates and soothes skin and nerves, allows the body to initiate its own healing.

The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing. In aromatherapy massage, essential oils are mixed with a carrier oil like sweet almond, apricot kernel, or grapeseed oil. The massage therapist use up to five oils in a mixture, and chooses the oils based on what you need. A relaxing aromatherapy massage, for instance, might have lavender or bergamot, while a massage for sore muscles might include peppermint and eucalyptus.

The main purpose of sports massage is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.
Each type of sport has different demands on the players. Each sport uses muscle groups in a different way. Sports massage is designed to address those specific concerns and may differ according to the sport the athlete plays. Sports massage can be aimed to help heal strained muscles and allow healthy ones to reach peak performance and maintain it while minimizing the risk of injury.
